My Charleston Restaurant List

For 5 plus years, I have researched and loved trying my Charleston Restaurant List. And now that we are leaving Charleston, I wanted to leave my list(my pride and joy) for others to enjoy and add to it! These are the restaurants that I wanted to try during my time here. I created it by location and included the average menu price. All restaurants with an * by it means I went. There are many more places to try and that I went to, but this was the main list.

I hope others will enjoy this as much as I have. By creating this list, my passion and knowledge of the food scene grew. Now I feel a drive for this to always be part of my life. I hope to create a new one in Alaska. People say Alaska is not a foodie place, but I say if there is food then it can be a foodie's destination. Being a foodie doesn't mean having fancy or top rated restaurants, it means making food part of one's life beyond just consumption.  I believe any good tasty bites and people to share the love with make it a foodie destination.
